Hi. I've just installed the game, but it requires admin privileges to be run. Is it just my computer, or does the game really need admin privileges?
I have Win7Pro x64 with UAC enabled. I moved the game into a dir where it has write access, but it keeps asking me for elevated privileges. xarx

An unusual requirement for a game, and for me it's a no-go :-(. My children don't have admin rights, and I won't give them such just in order to play a game. Why does it need admin rights? xarx

Because game must work with his own files (create temporary graphic files, save player's statistics for levels etc.) - all of this files game proceed in his inner folders, but without admin rights Windows virtualize game files (if is installed in Program Files folder) and game not work solidly.
BTW, QX is not game for children at all... (Because of difficult). Author

For this purpose, there serves the user profile directory and temporary folders. Program files that can change are usually stored in "<UserProfile>\AppData\Local" or "<UserProfile>\AppData\Roaming" (and <UserProfile is NOT always "C:\Users\<UserName>"!). On newer versions of Windows, there is also "<UserProfile>\Saved Games" for save game files. Temporary files can be stored in the user or system Temp folder. Simply put, storing working files in the game installation directory, is a bad habit and causes problems.
And you underestimate children :-). I don't mean 5 years old kids. xarx

Does anyone know what is wrong with the Quadrax forums on Caifox.com? I can't connect to the site.
I keep getting this message for the main site and also the forum pages:

I don't understand the message, all I know is the sites won't load.
As we all know by now, no one can contact any of the administrators for this site.

IMPORTANT!
In versions 1.0 - 1.2 of the game was discovered bug in game engine. If you have a game version lower than 1.3 download and install the update to version 1.3:
(If you have a problem with download from upper link, try this mirror link: quadrax10update1.3.exe)
The version number of the game can always be found in the top right corner of the main game screen.
After completing update to start the game and make sure you have the correct version of the game 1.3.
Attention! From today, you can not publish the steps and times from game versions 1.0 - 1.2! Perform the update to version 1.3, and then you can send your results again.

Like all the previous Quadrax games I've played, QX is awesome! Thank you for everything, Crusader!
The only problem IMHO is that it doesn't let us move to a next level if we don't finish the current one and if we're stuck somewhere we have only 2 options. Either we find some help to solve the level we are stuck in or we quit playing, which is a big pitty because we lose all the beauty of this high quality game.
Being stuck in a level doesn't mean something. For example, in the past I've solved really difficult levels while I was stuck in some easier ones or I was stuck because of an arcade. This says nothing for a player's abilities.
To be clear, I don't want to participate in any competition, I only want to enjoy this amazing game till the end.
I finished the first 5 levels in one day and now I've been stuck in level 6 for 8 days. Yes, it may be funny but I can't see the solution
and I won't find it in the future. I need help to move on.
So, I kindly ask, is there anyone here who would like to help me? If yes, please contact me via e-mail.
(I do understand and I totally respect Crusader's wish not to give out solutions in forums, especially not so early.)
