Upozornění - kvůli častým hackerským a spammerským útokům na toto fórum jsem musel zakázal v příspěvcích jakékoliv odkazy (tj. veškeré texty, co začínají na http, www, url, link atp.) V případě nalezení takovéhoto textového řetězce v příspěvku se příspěvek neuloží a po jeho odeslání se zobrazí pouze nápis "Přístup odepřen!". Pokud opravdu nutně chcete vložit nějaký odkaz na jiné webové stránky, nepoužívejte celou adresu včetně textu http... a úvodní www, pokud je adresa obsahuje, napište s tečkami mezi w (w.w.w.). Pokud bude odkaz v pořádku, opravím jej na plně "klikatelný" a správný.

These minor changes in file size (Quadrax_Neverending_Episode_7_Setup.exe (34 152 748 B) to (34151.936 bytes (2019-02-24)) have any significance? Etc. (Quadrax_Neverending_Setup.exe (243 831 523 B) to (243,816. 922 bytes (v1.006) (2018-10-17)) What do these changes refer to?

Episode 7 QN is part of the "most difficult game in the world?" I liked it but I believe it should have been released as an extra bonus and not as official episode 7. Quadrax is a logic game, but I have already passed several levels with 0% difficulty, just to be funny, so quadrax also has illogical and easy things. I love this game when it's hard.

You must be young. All levels in E7 is taken from original Quadrax (1994), including graphic, animations, music, etc. This episode is honor for original Q1 and pleasure for this players, who formerly play original Quadrax, a quarter century ago.

I know and I already solved the Quadrax 1 ZX spectrum and the Quadrax 1 windows and they are very easy and I prefer Quadrax very difficult, sorry the criticism I just did not like the easy levels.

I am not "Marco", but I would like to test your levels, I have already solved Quadrax 1 zx (50 levels), Q1DOS (99 levels), Q3-2005 (70 levels), Q4 (90 levels), Q5 , Q6 (25 levels), Q7 (80 levels), Q8 (95 levels), Q10 (43 levels), Q10demo (6 levels), QNV (19 levels) I want to solve 100% with 0% help.

Well done! You are far better than me then. Apart from Q6, yet. I only play (or not) QIV, which I am about to finish and a bit QX end of second episode there. As far as the difficulty of my levels is concerned, they are not rubbish but they are not genuinely hardcore (QVII/QVII difficulty) except when they are - one or two (one will be authors level upgraded by me).
So, you can test them but it will take me a lot of time to finish them, just realised none of them is totally finished since I eventually decided to upgrade my very first and very good level in the beginning of its solution.

Thanks, I have a lot of patience and a lot of time to wait, I'm not better than you, I just have the time and persistence, I've already been stuck on a level for weeks. 0% help always, if I crash, I'll die trying.

You see you managed to solve QVII and QVIII and are further in QX so you are better i think. With getting stuck in the levels I was once many years ago stuck on QV level 10 (under the temple( for 2 years. I basically gave up but then i returned and solved it... I wasnt very good at that time though.

Funny you talk about Q5-10 I remember I solved without the computer, before I slept I saw the answer in the head, I got up and finished that level. I always thought it would reach an impossible quadrax level for me, I still want to find it.

There are no levels published yet on this website that one project published is just some thanks to the author and obtains no normal quadrax levels. I have created one brilliant level and have other two levels i am (now not) working on. In fact three. When I finish sometimes whole ten levels I will publish them (as an episode). But I am not planning any story line to it.
I know that there is at least one guy who is doing roughly the same as me. It is bloody difficult to create something that even remote

ly resembles authors levels as far as complexicity is concerned. Players are usually not willing to spend so much time on it to create proper levels. I personally do not bother with grafics as author but I have one level finished and I am happy with it. So just wait or create some proper levels yourself.

So one is finished, two need testing and removing unwanted solutions (but I have the main idea in them already) and the third level requires a lot of work.

Editor is brilliant, only quite a shame you cant rotate those blocks bitmaps that paint walls... Because that would basically quadruple the amount of all bitmaps (blocks and rocks that are walls). That would be especially handy when you make big levels and you do not want to use same "block bitmap". Then you have to open external editor and copy parts of the rocks across each other to create new unique ones. That would be a brilliant feature to add.

Zaujímavá vec sa deje v leveli vytvorenom v editori.
Ak sa zasunie plosinka na ktorej stojí postavička, tá padá volnym pádom a ak padne na stupačku, nachádzajúcu sa iba dva policka (alebo aj jedno) pod ňou, ktorá spustí sipkostril, nachádzajúci sa hneď vedľa, ktorý strelí štipku do postavičky, postavička sa rozpleští, hoci padala z výšky iba 2 polia (alebo jedno či tri)

To je naprosto v pořádku. Postavička vlastně umře v pádu (na zásah šipkou) a po dopadu prostě spadne rovnou na zem.

Nehovorím, že je to zle, ale ona sa pri dopade rozpleší, ako keď hodíte vajce o zem, ako keby padala z výšky viac ako 4 políčka, hoci padá, a to zdôrazňujem, že nezoskakuje, z výšky dvoch policiek alebo jedného poličkách.
Tá sipka spôsobí, že sa rozpleští, lebo ju zabije a ona už akokeby mŕtva padne na zem a rozpleští sa.

Proste pri dopade nedopadne na svoje nohy a nezaochká a nechytí sa za hruď pred tým, ako spadne ako kôl na zem.

Nechcem nikoho uraziť, ale preklad mnohých (fakt je ich veľa, niekedy sa nájde aj viac chýb v jednej nápovede) nápovedných zvitkov do angličtiny je gramaticky nesprávny, nielen čo sa týka zlých časov, ale často aj slovosledu alebo adjektív použitých v nesprávnom kontexte. To isté asi platí aj o príbehu, aspoň teda pre predošlé quadraxy, kde by sa toho dalo nájsť ešte viac. Nie som angličtinár, ale niečo už predsa len viem. Odporúčam Vám nájsť si lepšieho prekladateľa, ak už nejakého máte, tak dúfam, že si plní svoju úlohu dobre, aby sa nevyskytli chyby v QN.

No, ono zaprvé je těžké najít vůbec někoho, kdo je ochotný zcela ZADARMO překládat stovky normostran textu ve svém volném čase. Najít někoho takového vůbec není samozřejmé a není to tak lehké, jak se může nezasvěcenému zdát. Za druhé - příběh prošel proofreadingem přímo u jedné hráčky z USA (rodilé američanky). Takže myslím, že až tak moc chyb v něm být snad nemůže. Za třetí - nápovědy jsou šity horkou jehlou a neprošly proofreadingem, navíc je to z velké části Google translator... O jejich vadách vím. Za čtvrté, překlad QN, jak textu, tak nápověd, už dělá jiný překladatel.

Tak som preštudoval príručku pre QXEFF, ale nenašiel som tam, ako mám vytvoriť vysúvací rebrík. Mám také tušenie, že sa to ani nedá :-( Fakt sa to nedá?

Yes, I remember, in older Quadraxes, there was a ladder, which can be move up or down. But in QXEFF you can not move the ladder - it is static, and Author confirmed that.

What happens to the puzzles which has records online with solution shorter that the planned? These levels are corrected? Or alerted next to record online that it is workaround? I'd like to solve puzzles for correct path, answer planned, but the record can be confused and I can no longer whether or not there is other solutions. Would be very good to know if the record refers to answer planned or answer shorter and easy.

I decided don't repair "broken" levels in any Quadrax. Instead I use repaired or modified version of this levels in next Quadrax. I have been practicing it since Quadrax IV. Eg - if some level have unplanned solution, i try correct it and use in next Quadrax game. During QIV - QX some levels such as this have three or more iterations...

would it be possible for you to schedule the game to see the solution step by step in the file that is sent to you with the record? Could you make a record table for planned solutions and another record table for anyone with an unplanned alternative answer? I never know if I found the answer planned or a shorter or longer shortcut, I look at the table record, but it also says nothing.

I think it's impossible to strictly say which solution was planned and which not. It has happened many times that I found correct intended solution for some level and my steppes were ok. But then I found some little trick that helped me to achieve the correct solution faster - ususall some different order of actions, better management wih blocks etc. ... and I suddenly saved some 100 steppes. Then I realized I could do some actions by using only 1 man instead of 2 ... and I saved another 100 steppes. Then I found some trick with elevator and I saved another 50 steppes etc. etc. and suddenly I had a new record with less than half of original count of steppes and it was in fact still the same intended solution. But now - if those little tricks I used were not inteded but the whole solution in principle was the inteded one - who can say if my route was planned or not? It was simply the planned route with some uninteded shortcuts.

So don't be so confused by those records. Actually, there is just a very little number of Quadrax X levels, that were really broken by some nasty uninteded solution. (for example, lev 65) Most of the records use intended solution with some clever uninteded/unplanned trciks/shortcuts, IMO

Thank you so much for explaining all this to me, now I understand better. The way found by cruzader is very good, recreate the corrected level in future quadrax, this game is simply genius and passionate, I love very complex levels.

Anyway, the issue you are talking about may not be even considered as a problem by some, and if so, it is immensely difficult, demanding and time-consuming to publish complex brilliant levels where you can utterly quarantee one sole solution. I know that from my personal experience and I also found unplanned solution for level 12 of QX I presume and after letting others know they even improved my unintended solution or found some even more efficient solution as far as the steps are concerned, still dont know what it is. And the "step efficiency contest" is just for some another brilliant thing pointing on geniousness of this game.
